At Riad Bohemia, we do our best to provide you with an unforgettable experience. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Here is our refund policy:

1. Free Cancellation
Any reservation canceled at least 14 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made between 0 and 13 days prior to the arrival date will not be refunded.

2. No-Show
In case of no-show without prior cancellation, the entire stay is due.

3. Early Departure
No refunds will be issued for early departures.

4. Non-Refundable Reservations
Some special offers or promotions may be non-refundable. This is always clearly stated at the time of booking.

5. Change of Dates
We do our best to change your dates of stay free of charge, subject to availability, if the request is made at least 15 days prior to arrival.

6. Force Majeure
In the event of exceptional circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), a credit note valid for 12 months may be offered instead of a refund.
