General Terms and Conditions of Sale – Riad Bohemia

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Riad Bohemia, located at [full address], and any person wishing to make a reservation via the website www.riadbohemia.com.
1. Purpose
The purpose of these conditions is to define the terms and conditions of reservation, payment, cancellation, and accommodation at Riad Bohemia.
2. Reservation
The reservation becomes firm and definitive after:
Validation by our team (if using a manual form),
Or instant confirmation via our secure booking engine,
And receipt of a deposit or full payment according to the specified conditions.
The guest certifies that they are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
3. Rates
The prices indicated on the website are expressed in euros/MAD, including all taxes, unless otherwise stated. They only include the overnight stay and the specified services.
Tourist tax is added according to local regulations. 26.50 Dhs per night per adult and children over 12 years old.
4. Payment Methods
Payment can be made by:
Credit card (secure payment)
Bank transfer
Cash payment upon arrival (depending on the case)
A deposit of [50%] may be required to confirm the reservation.
5. Cancellation Policy
By the guest:
Free cancellation up to [14 days] before the arrival date. If this option has been chosen by the guest,
In case of late cancellation or no-show, [100%] of the stay will be charged or the deposit will be retained.
In case of early departure, the total initial amount remains due.
By the riad:
In the event that the reservation cannot be honored (force majeure, technical unavailability, etc.), the guest will be notified as soon as possible and a full refund will be offered, without further compensation.
6. Arrival and Departure
Check-in: from 2:00 PM
Check-out: no later than 10:00 AM
Any late arrival or early departure must be notified in advance.
7. Use of the Premises
The guest agrees to respect the peaceful nature of the premises and to use them for their intended purpose. Any inappropriate behavior may result in immediate exclusion, without refund.
8. Liability
The riad declines all responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings in the rooms or common areas. Use of the safe (if available) is strongly recommended.
9. Protection of Personal Data
Personal data collected during reservations is processed in accordance with our privacy policy. They are used solely for the purposes of booking management and customer relations.
10. Disputes and Applicable Law
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing this, the dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the location of the establishment.
The applicable law is Moroccan law.
